Fetter Health Care Network emphasizes a multi-disciplinary approach to delivering care to homeless persons, combining aggressive street outreach with integrated systems of primary care, mental health and substance abuse services, case management, and client advocacy. Emphasis is placed on coordinating efforts with other community health providers and social service agencies. Our Outreach program reaches the Homeless population of Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton and Dorchester counties through scheduled outreach events in locations that provide direct access to health care services.
Our Social worker and Outreach Specialists provide access to preventive care, wellness visits, personal hygiene, clothing and food to our homeless population which consists of the shelter, unsheltered, veterans, families and individuals. Fetter constantly strive to build meaningful partnerships with organizations directly providing food, shelter and transportation for the homeless.
