From Aug. 7 to 13, Fetter Health Care Network and community health centers (CHCs) across the nation come together to celebrate National Health Center Week. This annual awareness week is hosted by the National Association of Community Health Centers and the Health Center Advocacy Network and highlights the essential services, accomplishments and critical roles that American CHCs play in promoting health and wellness.

As cornerstones for care in their communities, CHCs serve patients from all walks of life in a collective mission to make quality, reliable care available to all, regardless of their ability to pay. Fetter is proud to be a link in this chain of compassionate support that is essential to so many. We invite you to join us in celebrating this vision of CHCs across the nation.

This year’s National Health Center Week theme, “Community Health Center – The Chemistry for Strong Communities,” highlights the building blocks of CHCs that help heal our diverse body of clients.

Fetter’s official NHCW 2022 schedule is as follows:

Fetter staff will be available to educate patients on pediatric health and wellness and assist in scheduling pediatric appointments. Staff will also be assisting with well-child visits and immunizations to promote school readiness.

While National Health Center Week celebrates the work of CHCs and their compassionate staff, it, more importantly, serves as a way to increase the visibility of these centers. By promoting community awareness, we are able to connect more patients to the care they need and see true to our mission of providing accessible, reliable care to all.
