Homeless Outreach

Fetter Health Care Network is proud to provide for the homeless population in Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton and Dorchester counties. Our outreach specialists can coordinate with other community health providers and social service agencies to provide access to preventative care, wellness visits, personal hygiene, clothing and food.
