Appointments Only: We require patients to call, come into our office, or use their Patient Portal account to schedule an appointment. If patients are unable to keep their appointments, it is encouraged that they call the center 24 hours in advance. Bring all medications (pill bottles), immunization records and insurance cards to every visit.
IMPORTANT: For after-hours medical emergencies, please call 911. For other after-hours medical concerns or issues, please call 843-722-4112 or any local satellite locations. Calls are routed to an on-call provider.

– If coming from Mount Pleasant by way of US-17 S: Head southwest on US-17 S/N Hwy. 17 toward downtown Charleston. Use the right lane to take the Meeting St. ramp to Visitor Center/N Charleston/Columbia/I-26 W. Turn left onto Meeting St. Turn right onto E St. Turn right at the 1st cross street onto Walnut St. One80 Place will be straight ahead.
– If coming from West Ashley by way of SC-61 S: Take SC-61 S toward downtown Charleston. Use the left 2 lanes to take the ramp to US-17. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for US-17 N and marge onto US-17. Keep left to continue on Cannon St. Use the left 3 lanes to turn slightly left onto Septima Clark Pkwy. Take a slight right onto Line St. Turn left after Pizza Hut (on the right). Turn left onto Walnut ST. One80 Place will be straight ahead.
