Fetter Health Care Network offers more than 20 locations throughout Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton and Dorchester counties, including both seasonal and non-seasonal locations found in the map below.
We require all patients to call or come into the office to schedule an appointment. Established patients may schedule appointments using our Patient Portal. If you need assistance with the portal, please feel free to ask our front desk staff for help.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call and let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment. Bring all medications (pill bottles), immunization records and insurance cards to every visit.
IMPORTANT: For after-hours medical emergencies, please call 911. For other after-hours medical concerns or issues, please call 843-722-4112 or any local satellite location. Calls are routed to an on-call provider.
