We require patients to call, come into the office or use their Patient Portal account to schedule an appointment. If patients are unable to keep their appointments, it is encouraged that they call the center 24 hours in advance. Bring all medications (pill bottles), immunization records and insurance cards to every visit.
IMPORTANT: For after-hours medical emergencies, please call 911. For other after-hours medical concerns or issues, please call 843-216-2600 or any local satellite locations. Calls are routed to an on-call provider.

Monday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Thursday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Closed Saturday, Sunday
Please note, all location close on Fridays between 1 – 5 p.m. for administrative hours.
