Brian P. Kramer, DDS
Dental Medicine, Dentist
Before joining the Fetter team, Dr. Kramer served as a United States Naval Dental Officer from 2014 to 2018, where he was stationed at RTC Great Lakes and MCRD Parris Island. He continues to serve in the United States Naval Reserve with the rank of Lieutenant Commander. After active duty, Dr. Kramer moved back home to Indiana to practice dentistry in his hometown, however, he felt a calling to come back to South Carolina and serve the patients of the greater Charleston area. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Movement and Sports Sciences from Purdue University and earned his doctorate for Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Neckael James, DDS
Dental Medicine, Dentist
With a doctorate in dental surgery from Meharry Medical College, Dr. James dedicates himself to promoting dental hygiene in his patients. He considers himself an enthusiastic life-long learner of the art and science of dentistry. He has served at several South Carolina dental practices before joining Fetter, as well as joined dental missions with Meharry Medical College (2012) and Fortis College (2019).
Tiffany Coaxum, RDH
Dental Medicine, Hygienist
Ms. Coaxum is a registered dental hygienist on the Fetter dental team. She holds an associate’s degree in allied health science dental hygiene from Horry-Georgetown Technical College and holds the rank of E-5/Sergent with the U.S. Army. Before joining Fetter, Ms. Coaxum served Charleston-area patients as a dental hygienist with Koolsmiles and an informed supervisor with Heartland.
