About

Fetter Health Care Network is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to providing a full range of high-quality health care services for everyone in Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton and Dorchester counties.

Fetter Health Care is a recipient of funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and holds Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) for certain health-related claims, including medical malpractice. This FTCA deemed status extends to the health center and its covered individuals. Our comprehensive range of services includes Medical, Dental, Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN), Pediatric care, Family Medicine Residency , Behavioral Health, and Pharmacy services.

Our Mission

To deliver timely, comprehensive and quality health services with dignity and respect regardless of a person’s ability to pay; foster partnerships with community providers to enhance the health of the region; and advocate for policies which promote and protect the physical, mental and social well-being of the communities we serve.

Our Vision

As an integral part of the health care safety net, Fetter will be recognized locally, regionally and nationally as a progressive model of health care that works to eliminate health disparities and enhance population health by providing access to comprehensive, quality-driven, evidence-based, patient-centered health care that is financially sustainable.
