Mughelli-Oyibokja Wellness Center for Women
On-site staff is dedicated to case management and eligibility assistance for our patients. This health center receives HHS funding and has federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
We require patients to call, come into the office or use their Patient Portal account to schedule an appointment. If patients are unable to keep their appointments, it is encouraged that they call the center 24 hours in advance. Bring all medications (pill bottles), immunization records and insurance cards to every visit.
IMPORTANT: For after-hours medical emergencies, please call 911. For other after-hours medical concerns or issues, please call 843-821-3444 or any local satellite locations. Calls are routed to an on-call provider.

Office closed for lunch from 12 – 1 p.m.
Please note, all location close on Fridays between 1 – 5 p.m. for administrative hours.
