Primary Care
Fetter Health Care Network is committed to patient-centered primary care. Primary care includes health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. We offer a network of care in collaboration with hospitals, service organizations and other health care providers to ensure an easy, stress-free experience for all of our patients.

Dental
Our dental center and our mobile dental unit strive to make smiles happen before, during and after all general and cosmetic dentistry procedures, as well as diagnostic services. Good oral and dental hygiene can help prevent bad breath, tooth decay, gum disease and promotes overall health.

Pediatrics

Women’s Health
We are proud to offer a complete range of health care services for women of all ages, at all stages of life. At Fetter, we understand that each woman is her own unique person with individual needs. We welcome women of all backgrounds, age and ethnicities and strive to provide the highest level of excellent care.

- Obstetric services (Pregnancy Care)
- Cervical cancer screenings (Pap Smear)

- Sexually Transmissible Infection (STI) testing and treatment
- Best Chance Network Providers (breast exams, pelvic exams, pap smears and mammograms at no charge)

- Thaddeus J. Bell, MD Family Health Center Only: Abnormal gynecological follow up (colposcopy, endometrial and endocervical biopsy) and management of abnormal pap smear
Behavioral Health
Our Fetter team is committed to treating the whole person and promoting wellness in all forms — and that includes behavior health. We integrate behavioral health services into the primary medical care setting in order to improve overall health outcomes. The initial patient visit must be with a Fetter provider, before behavior health services are rendered.

- Individual, family and group counseling for adults and children
- Substance use disorder treatment
Pharmacy
At the Fetter Health Care Network pharmacy, we take pride in providing exceptional service to each and every patient. Our expert staff takes the time to counsel and answer any questions in order to provide the best quality care possible.
We provide discounted prescriptions for our patients, diverse prescription programs, as well as, a medication delivery service. We also accept most insurance plans. For your convenience, Fetter now offers pharmacy services at its Charleston, Summerville and Cross health centers.

Homeless Program
We emphasize a multi-disciplinary approach to delivering care to the homeless in Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton and Dorchester counties. Our social workers and outreach specialists coordinate with other community health providers and social service agencies to provide access to preventive care, wellness visits, personal hygiene, clothing and food.

Migrant Outreach
We provide primary and preventive health services for migrant and seasonal agricultural workers (MSAW) and their families at scheduled health clinics throughout Charleston and Colleton counties during peak growing season.

School Based Services
Fetter is proud to partner with Charleston County School District to provide school-based health care services at several schools throughout the Lowcountry. These services are offered to students, staff and families of students at our partnering schools.

Case Management
We understand that social factors can impact health. That’s why we employ a case management team that strives to remove social, physical, and economic barriers to receiving affordable, comprehensive healthcare.
