We offer sliding fees for medical, dental and pharmaceutical services to provide easier access to care for you and your family. Connect with a Financial Eligibility Specialist to complete an application each year. Eligibility is based on an individual’s household size and income level. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. Sliding Fee Application
Good Faith Estimate
Fetter Health Care Network now provides a “Good Faith Estimate” to patients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance. This estimate involves the total expected cost of non-emergency services, including medical and dental. Patients may request a Good Faith Estimate through Fetter’s patient portal at least three business days before a scheduled visit. Medical bills may be disputed if it is $400 greater than the Good Faith Estimate.
