Community Outreach

Fetter Health Care Network is always working to grow our community partner network. This allows Lowcountry community members to find easily accessible resources close to home, no matter where they live.

Services Include:

  • Sharing of food, clothing, shelter and health care information with community members
  • Community events, such as health fairs, community health screenings and vaccine clinics
  • Community outreach clinics throughout the Lowcountry

Fetter Health Care Network has been named a finalist in the Defender Service Awards - Presented by CHASE!

Public voting is officially OPEN, and we need your support!
From July 29 through August 14, the public will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite finalists. With your help, we have the chance to win the top prize of $30,000 and a customized Land Rover Defender 130!
