Community Outreach

Fetter Health Care Network is always working to grow our community partner network. This allows Lowcountry community members to find easily accessible resources close to home, no matter where they live.

Services Include:

Sharing of food, clothing, shelter and health care information with community members
Community events, such as health fairs, community health screenings and vaccine clinics
Community outreach clinics throughout the Lowcountry
