Fetter Health Care Network is proud to provide for the homeless population in Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton and Dorchester counties. Our outreach specialists can coordinate with other community health providers and social service agencies to provide access to preventative care, wellness visits, personal hygiene, clothing and food. 

HOMELESS SHELTER PARTNERSHIPS

Fetter is proud to partner with One80 Place  and the Hope Center to provide residents and homeless community clients with health services.

Services Include:

  • Dental services, vaccines and health screenings
  • STI testing and treatment
  • Women’s health services
  • Case management services
  • Transportation vouchers
  • Specialty health referrals
  • Discount medication options
  • Substance abuse treatment
