CHARLESTON, S.C. – July 31, 2025 – Fetter Health Care Network, a trusted provider of quality and affordable health care services throughout the Lowcountry, is proud to announce the official grand opening of the Mughelli-Ojibokaja Wellness Center, located at 1843 Ashley River Road, Charleston, SC 29407.

The community is invited to join Fetter in celebrating this exciting expansion of accessible, specialized care on Friday, August 8, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The event will feature guided tours of the new facility and opportunities to meet the dedicated care team.

The Mughelli-Ojibokaja Wellness Center reflects Fetter’s ongoing commitment to being more than a health care provider—it is a health care partner deeply invested in community wellness. This modern, patient-focused facility is designed to support Women’s Wellness, offering services such as:

  • OBGYN
  • Gynecology services and Procedures
  • Ultrasounds
  • Contraceptive Education and Counseling
  • Preventative Screenings

During the grand opening, attendees will experience the innovative features of the facility and gain insight into the high-quality, compassionate care Fetter is known for. This milestone represents a major step forward in expanding care to the West Ashley community and beyond.
