Cilantay Wilson, FNP-C
Family Medicine, Nurse Practitioner
Mrs. Wilson has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 9 years, with a strong passion for empowering patients to take an active role in their health care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.

Pooja Paunikar, MD, MPH
Medical Doctor
Dr. Paunikar earned her Masters of Public Health from Dartmouth Medical School and her Doctor of Medicine degree from The American University of Antigua. Alongside her role with the Fetter team, she serves as Program Director of Family Medicine at HCA Trident/Summerville Medical Center.

Roynell Frank, MSN, FNP-C
Family Medicine, Nurse Practitioner
Roynell Frank is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Fetter Health Care,
bringing over 15 years of comprehensive clinical experience in emergency medicine,
primary care, and medical-surgical nursing. Since joining Fetter Health Care in August
2025, she has been dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to
patients across the lifespan.
Ms. Frank earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner
specialization from Maryville University in 2021, completing over 400 hours of clinical
rotations in primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, and geriatrics. She obtained her
Board Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in February 2025. Her
clinical expertise encompasses the management of acute and chronic conditions,
preventive health services, and comprehensive patient education.
Ms. Frank holds an active Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina and maintains
current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life
Support, and Basic Life Support. She is a member of the American Nurses Association,
South Carolina Nurses Association, and American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Ms. Frank’s clinical philosophy centers on providing patient-centered, holistic care that
empowers individuals and families to achieve optimal health and wellness

Wakesha J. Evans, PA-C
Family Medicine, Physician Assistant
Ms. Evans serves as a physician assistant for Fetter Health Care Network. She attended Claflin University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry. Ms. Evans has received both her Masters in Biomedical Science and Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina. Prior to joining Fetter, she provided care in internal medicine and family practice offices for 14 years. She is also a licensed fitness instructor and is heavily involved in the community through her church and a variety of community organizations.
