For our Fetter Mobile Unit schedule, visit our Calendar of Events.
Appointments & Walk-Ins: We require patients to call, come into the office, visit the mobile unit or use their Patient Portal account to schedule an appointment. If patients are unable to keep their appointments, it is encouraged that they call the center 24 hours in advance. Bring all medications (pill bottles), immunization records and insurance cards to every visit.
IMPORTANT: For after-hours medical emergencies, please call 911. For other after-hours medical concerns or issues, please call 843-723-9582 or any local satellite locations. Calls are routed to an on-call provider.

Directions
– If coming from North Charleston by way of I-26 E: Take I-26 E toward Charleston. Take exit 219A for Rutledge Ave. toward The Citadel. Continue onto Rutledge Ave. and the destination will be on the left at the corner of Cleveland St.
– If coming from Mount Pleasant by way of US-17: Take US-17 South toward downtown Charleston. Toward the end of the bridge, use the right lane to take the Meeting St. ramp to Visitor Center/N Charleston/Columbia/I-26 W. Turn left onto Meeting St. Turn right onto Huger St. Turn right onto King St. Turn left onto Cleveland St. The Community Dental Center will be ahead on your right at the corner of Cleveland St. and Rutledge Ave.
